SUSAN said more than 40 per cent of 65 units of commercial lots in Kinarut Palm City had been booked or 30 units which indicated that the 54 units of double storey shoplots, 10 units of three-storey shoplots and one unit of single storey of commercial lot are selling fast.

She encouraged entrepreneurs who wish to expand their businesses to quickly grab the remaining units. Kinarut Palm City has begun construction this month and to be completed in two years’ time. These shoplots will definitely appreciate in value.

Advertisement“Furthermore, I am giving a discount of RM38,000 to those buying the shoplot units until end of March, this year,” she said.

She said Kinarut Palm City is situated in a strategic location surrounded by more than 600 units of completed terrace houses at Taman Sundai Wang and Rose Garden altogether, and more than 500 units completed condominiums as well as adjacent to Kinarut Palm Square having more than 70 units of completed shoplots.

“We are thankful that Armizan launched Kinarut Palm City which is very meaningful to me and the company because he was the one who helped us to solve the access road known as ‘Kinarut Shortcut Road’ which caused traffic congestion when it is closed.

“This access road is still a private road which has been used by the Kinarut folks for more than 10 years and when it is closed, it will cause traffic jams.

Once the access road or Kinarut Shortcut Road is handed to the government, Susan said the district local council would give a name on the road which usually follows the name of the project and she suggested the road to be named as Jalan Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali.
