To attract tourists and local visitors here, he recommended that Susan establish a centre within the Kinarut Palm City development that gathers local products for tourists to stop by — a one-stop hub to purchase locally made goods from local communities here.

“It will be convenient because after visiting Papar and returning to the State Capital, there is one dedicated place they can stop by to shop for local products, especially those crafted by our people in Papar. It’s all along the same route.

“I also hope that locals will continue to be supported in the project not just through the spill over effects of development but also through improvements in infrastructure, including road network,” he said.

Armizan also requested Susan to give priority to the people of Papar to fill up job opportunities in the developments undertaken by WSG Group.
