Chelsea have sent Angelo Gabriel away to Strasbourg on a season-long loan.
The young attacker joined Chelsea earlier this summer from Santos.
The 18 year-old took part in Chelsea's full preseason, but will now spend the campaign in France with Strasbourg.
Angelo will now continue his development in the French top flight with Strasbourg, who are coached by former Nice and Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira.
Chelsea's umbrella company BlueCo bought Strasbourg earlier this summer.
