Real Madrid have completed the signing of Castellon winger Jeremy de Leon.

De Leon is to become the second Puerto Rican player in history to wear the Real Madrid shirt after Eduardo Ordez did so for the 1926/1927 season.

He will initially be registered with Castilla.

Castellon announced today:

"CD Castelln and Real Madrid CF have reached an agreement for the transfer of Jeremy De Len to the Madrid team after two and a half seasons in the albinegra entity.

"From CD Castelln we want to thank De Len for the work done. He played games with Juvenil A, the affiliate, and made the jump to the first team in the final bars of the 21-22 season.

"In the last campaign he played 30 games with the albinegro team, scoring two goals, one of them in the historic match against RC Deportivo in Castalia (4-3).

"In this first round he played 11 games and distributed an attendance.

"The club wishes him the best of luck in his future.

"Thank you very much, Jere!"
