Lower league club Swindon Town have completed two important signings this winter.
The League Two club are pushing to avoid a relegation battle and move up towards the playoff spots.
They have secured the signings of defenders Pharrell Johnson from Nottingham Forest and Conor McCarthy from Barnsley.
Both will be ready to play over the weekend, with McCarthy signing on loan for the rest of the season.
Johnson, who is only 19, has signed permanently for an undisclosed fee from Forest.
