Tottenham have completed the signing of Sporting CP fullback Pedro Porro.
The right-back will join Spurs on loan until the end of the season, with an obligation to make the deal permanent in the summer.
He will wear the number 23 shirt.
During his time with Sporting, the Spain international made a total of 98 appearances in all competitions, netting 12 times and, after an impressive string of performances in the 2020/21 season, he claimed the Primeira Liga's Defender of the Month award in three consecutive months (November, 2020, to January, 2021).
He later claimed the award again in September, 2021. Currently sitting top of the Primeira Liga's assists chart, he was also named in the league's Team of the Year in each of the last two campaigns (2020/21 and 2021/22).
