DPMM FC reached the 2026/2027 FA Cup quarterfinals after a 3-1 second-leg win over TFC, advancing 5-4 on aggregate

KUALA NERUS: DPMM FC is through to the quarterfinals of the 2026/2027 FA Cup after beating TFC 3-1 in the second leg match at Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium here tonight.

DPMM FC beat TFC 5-4 on aggregate after losing 2-3 in the first leg.

DPMM FC scored the opening goal of the match with a header by midfielder Danial Ahmad Asri from a corner kick in the seventh minute, and TFC spent the entire first half chasing an equaliser, which only came in the 44th minute through Manuel Ott.

In the second half, it was the visitors who dominated, with Miguel Oliveira scoring the second goal in the 54th minute and Jordan Murray scoring the third ten minutes later.

TFC squandered several chances at goal before the match ended, allowing DPMM FC to celebrate a well-deserved victory and a place in the quarterfinals.
