LAHAD DATU: A 4WD driver died on the spot following a collision with two lorries at Km10 of Jalan Lahad Datu-Sandakan, here, Saturday.

The 11.30am incident involved the 4WD and a Hino lorry which were travelling in the same direction as well as a tanker lorry from the opposite direction.

Police said the incident occurred when the 4WD heading to Sandakan from Lahad Datu attempted to overtake a vehicle but collided with the incoming tanker.
