Wolves have made an offer for Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare.
RMC says Soumare, 20, is the subject of a 40m offer from Wolves this week.
However, the former PSG junior refused the proposal.
But he could yet be on the move, since Juventus and Everton are also very keen the youngster.
For now, though, Soumare favours staying with LOSC.
