Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi has broken a seven-week social media silence by sharing a video and a series of images on his personal Instagram account.

The property developer and husband of Princess Beatrice returned to the platform to share updates from the Treasure House Fair at the Royal Hospital Chelsea.

The brief hiatus marked a notable pause for the Banda Property founder.

His last official update was published nearly two months ago, featuring an antique furniture collection with the caption: "@Banda #JoaquimTenreiro.

"A museum worthy set and easily among the finest Tenreiro examples we’ve ever had the privilege to source."

Mr Mapelli Mozzi has now shared a view of an outdoor sculpture on the manicured lawns of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.

The first post carried the overlay text: "And this morning Treasure House Fair."

Subsequent posts highlighted interior design pieces, including a marble-topped console table beneath a gilded mirror, an ornate tall floor lamp with a modern cream armchair, and an expansive wall tapestry hung behind a rustic wooden table and floral arrangement.

The return to social media follows a period of intense public scrutiny regarding his frequent professional travel schedule.

Earlier this year, Mr Mapelli Mozzi faced significant media and public criticism after posting about extensive solo business trips across Europe and the United States, including a three-week stint in Los Angeles and Florida.

Critics pointed out the physical distance between the developer and Princess Beatrice, who remained in the United Kingdom managing family responsibilities alongside her own duties.

The public complaints reached a peak when he travelled to St Tropez to network and party while Princess Beatrice was at home.

Mr Mapelli Mozzi publicly defended his schedule in a statement to the press, telling The Mail that it is "completely normal for a business owner to travel for work" and that such commitments occur "in every industry."

The media storm and intense speculation regarding his marriage likely prompted Mr Mapelli Mozzi's seven-week social media withdrawal to lower his public profile.

Despite the rumours of a rift, the couple has maintained a united front.

Mr Mapelli Mozzi and Princess Beatrice were last seen together in public on June 6, when they attended the wedding of Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling at All Saints' Church in Kemble, Gloucestershire.

Arriving alongside Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, the couple appeared relaxed, with Beatrice wearing a floral Emilia Wickstead midi dress and Mr Mapelli Mozzi opting for a formal navy jacket.

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were later notably absent from Royal Ascot.
