Kota Kinabalu: Wilson Gan Poi Tzen, the former chairman of the Junior Chamber of Commerce (JCI) Malaysia Sabah Area, received the Anugerah Ikon Kesukarelawanan Belia (Lelaki) award recently in conjunction with the Sabah Youth Council’s Appreciation Night.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor officiated the ceremony at Hilton Hotel.
The award was given to honour and elevate the dignity of young people who are involved in associations and to show appreciation for youths who remained committed to helping those in need, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.
