Former Real Madrid goalkeeper Santiago Canizares says Vinicius Junior's improvement will be one of the big legacies of Carlo Ancelotti.
Canizares feels Ancelotti should continue next season.
He told Radio Marca: "What is clear is that he told the truth because if he wins the Copa he will have won all the titles in two years and that is rare.
"You can argue the reality of great teams and great coaches is to have a lot of criticism every time a game is lost.
"At Madrid and at Bara, winning is a relief because nothing happens that week, with a defeat everything is already in doubt.
"It seems that being a good man manager is critical and he has to know at all times what is best for the team and what each player needs. It can never be a bad adjective.
"Del Bosque, Zidane, Ancelotti... They've all achieved success and it will be for a reason. The good coach is the one who gets the best performance from his players and since Ancelotti arrived at Real Madrid there are many players who have evolved a lot. And the best example of this is Vincius."
