KUALA PENYU: Beaufort Umno Youth urged Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor to explain the position of SAPP President Datuk Yong Teck Lee.
Its Chief Ak Mohd Yazri Ak Mohd Yahya said Yong is GRS Deputy Chairman and also Deputy Chairman of Perikatan Nasional (PN) at the national level.
“This affects Yong’s credibility as a leader, which could also affect the image of the State Government and the Chief Minister who is also GRS Chairman and had voiced support for the Federal Unity Government and the Prime Minister,” he said, in a statement.
Mohd Yazri said all party leaders should take the initiative to enhance cooperation and stability at the government level.
