
Kiev came under renewed attack overnight, with several explosions heard in the Ukrainian capital, the Kyiv Independent reported early on Sunday.
Tymur Tkachenko, head of Kiev's military administration, said at least one person was injured in the Darnytsia district of the city
The Ukrainian Air Force had earlier warned on Telegram of a ballistic missile threat from the north.
Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko said air defences were operating and urged residents to stay in shelters.
Ukraine has been defending itself against Russia's full-scale invasion for more than four years.
