At least one person has been killed in a Russian air attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, Governor Oleh Synyehubov said on Saturday.
Rescue workers were recovering the person's body from the rubble after a glide bomb struck a two-storey apartment building, he posted on Telegram. The official previously reported that nine people were injured in the attack.
Ukraine has been defending itself against a full-scale Russian invasion for more than four years with Western assistance.
