MANILA, Philippines — Vanness Wu has revealed that he has remarried, sharing the news with fans through a social media post just days after performing in Manila with his fellow F4 members.
The 47-year-old singer-actor announced the milestone on Instagram on Sunday, June 29, posting a close-up photo of two hands wearing matching wedding bands. While he did not identify his wife in the post, he reflected on what he described as a year filled with personal and professional blessings.
"Every good thing comes from above," Wu wrote.
He said 2026 has brought him "so many blessings," citing the opportunity to reunite with his F4 bandmates and return to the concert stage before revealing the biggest change in his personal life.
"Being able to tour again with the boys, being able to do what I love on stage and perform for you all... and now being blessed with the most important person in my life," he wrote.
Wu also thanked supporters who have followed his career through the years.
"I'm truly so grateful to be able to share this love with all of you who have supported me throughout the years. May God bless each and every one of you with the same love and grace He has so generously shown me," he added.
The announcement came as a surprise to fans, as Wu had not publicly spoken about being in a relationship before sharing the photo.
The marriage marks Wu's second. He was previously married to Singaporean entrepreneur Arissa Cheo from 2013 until their divorce in 2018.
The announcement followed the Manila stop of the "F Forever 1st World Tour" on June 27, where Wu reunited onstage with fellow F4 members Jerry Yan and Vic Chou. The concert celebrated the enduring popularity of the group, whose rise to fame began with the hit Taiwanese drama "Meteor Garden."
F4 became one of Asia's biggest pop culture acts following the success of the series, releasing albums including Meteor Rain (2001), Fantasy 4ever (2002) and Waiting for You (2007) before its members pursued solo careers in music and acting.
Wu portrayed the carefree and charismatic Mei Zuo in "Meteor Garden," a role that helped cement his popularity across Asia.
