FILINVEST Land Inc. (FLI) is extending its 12-year partnership with Infosys BPM, as the global business process management firm consolidates its Alabang operations in a new office space spanning more than 10,000 square meters.
Filinvest Cyberparks Inc., FLI’s office leasing arm, said on Wednesday that Infosys BPM would occupy five floors at Axis Tower Two in Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Muntinlupa, giving the company a larger and more integrated workplace.
The lease extension allows Infosys BPM to retain its Alabang base while upgrading its facilities to accommodate changing operational and employee requirements.
“As our operations continue to evolve, having the right workplace infrastructure is an important part of supporting our business,” said Rhodora Campos, Infosys Philippines country head.
Campos said the new office would reflect the company’s 4H philosophy of Head, Heart, Health and Happiness, which emphasizes innovation, collaboration and employee well-being.
For FLI, the agreement highlights the role of its office portfolio in retaining tenants as they expand or reorganize their operations, without requiring them to leave established business districts.
Northgate Cyberzone houses multiple office developments catering to companies in the information technology and business process management sector.
Axis Tower Two is a Grade A office building registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. It holds Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold and WELL Core certifications, which recognize building sustainability and features related to occupant health and well-being.
FLI is a subsidiary of the Gotianun family-led Filinvest Development Corp. Its property portfolio includes residential developments, townships, condominiums, office buildings, shopping centers and leisure properties.
Shares of FLI slipped P0.01, or 1.43 percent, to close at P0.69 each on Wednesday, in line with a 1.48-percent drop for the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index.
