FILINVEST Land Inc. (FLI) is aiming to reach more prospective homebuyers for its residential properties across the country by participating in the second National Housing Expo and Pag-IBIG Housing Fair to be held on Oct. 19 to 20 at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City.
FLI will showcase its nationwide inventory for buyers seeking accessible financing at the upcoming event, which was organized by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, and Pag-IBIG Fund.
The event will give prospective buyers access to housing loan options of up to P10 million. Qualified borrowers under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino program may also avail themselves of a subsidized interest rate of 3 percent, subject to eligibility requirements.
Pag-IBIG Fund offers promotional housing loan rates starting at 4.5 percent per annum, while the subsidized rate is available only to qualified borrowers under the government’s housing program.
“Every Filipino has a different vision of a dream home. Some prefer the convenience of condominium living, others aspire to own a house and lot, while some want to build their future on a lot of their own,” said Aven Valderrama, Filinvest Land senior vice president and residential business unit head.
“Through our partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund, we are giving homebuyers more choices, accessible financing and the right guidance to turn those aspirations into reality,” Valderrama added.
The housing fair is expected to draw more than 30,000 prospective buyers. Filinvest Land will also offer promotional incentives based on purchase value, including a motorcycle, washing machine, appliance gift certificates and a split-type air conditioner.
The company did not disclose the number and price range of properties it would be offering at the event or figures on projected sales and reservations.
Filinvest Land shares on Thursday closed unchanged P0.69 each.
