Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano was furious after their 2-1 defeat to Bologna.
The Viola were ahead through Lucas Martinez Quarta, but conceded twice in three minutes from Musa Barrow and Marko Arnautovic.
"The first half was balanced, then we broke the deadlock and I did not think we could lose from that situation. Instead we conceded two goals with two balls that were just hoofed up there," Italiano told DAZN.
“I don't want to comment on dubious incidents, that is not out role. The important thing is we cannot concede two goals like that.
“It wasn't a sharp performance, it is our own fault and I have to take the blame. A defeat like this is just madness. We continue to not win, that is the problem. We don't deserve to, but we keep losing."
Italiano also commented on Dodo's injury: “It is something serious, we hope he won't be out of action for too long. It's a problem playing every three days and unfortunately we won't have him for a while."
