VISION met style in a bold new way as Kodak Lenses and Bolon Eyewear welcomed thousands of visitors to Focus In Style, a three-day pop-up experience held recently.

Designed as an immersive destination where visual clarity meets fashion-forward self-expression, the event invited visitors to explore how eyewear has evolved beyond functionality to become an essential part of modern lifestyle and identity.

Focus In Style exceeded expectations with more than 4,000 pre-registrations and over 3,500 visitors attending throughout the three-day experience. At the heart of the collaboration was Kodak Lenses' belief that every meaningful moment deserves to be experienced clearly.

Guided by the brand’s belief, "You only see it once. See it clearly", Kodak Lenses transformed the space into a journey of discovery, inviting visitors to learn more about the importance of vision and how different lens solutions can support diverse lifestyles, from digital natives and active individuals to outdoor enthusiasts and progressive wearers.

Designed as an immersive destination where visual clarity meets fashion-forward self-expression, the event invited visitors to explore how eyewear has evolved beyond functionality to become an essential part of modern lifestyle and identity.

Other than lens technology, the experience was designed to encourage visitors to think differently about how vision shapes everyday experiences, helping them see, live and connect with greater confidence.

The collaboration also highlighted Bolon Eyewear as the natural partner for Kodak Lenses. Known for its fashion-forward designs and bold approach to self-expression, Bolon continues to champion individuality through its #BOLDLIKEYOU platform, inspiring consumers to embrace confidence and personal style through eyewear.

Together, the two brands presented a shared vision of modern eyewear, one that balances visual clarity with self-expression, functionality with fashion and confidence with comfort. Visitors were also given an exclusive first look at Bolon Eyewear's Spring Summer 2026 collection just launched in Malaysia, titled "In Between Seasons".

Inspired by the shifting light and atmospheric transitions of Seoul, South Korea, the collection explores the beauty of life's in-between moments through refined silhouettes, lightweight materials and contemporary colour palettes.

The collection reflects Bolon's continued commitment to creating eyewear that empowers individuality while seamlessly adapting to changing lifestyles and environments.

Kodak Lenses APAC and MEA region managing director Chien Chiang said vision is about much more than simply seeing clearly.

"It is about experiencing life's moments fully and confidently. 'You only see it once. See it clearly.' is more than a campaign message for us. It reflects our belief that every meaningful experience deserves to be seen and appreciated at its best.

"Through Focus In Style, we wanted to create an experience that brings vision closer to everyday lifestyle while inspiring people to think differently about the role eyewear plays in their lives," he said.

Meanwhile, Bolon Eyewear Malaysia and Singapore country manager Denis Chng highlighted the brand's commitment to personal expression.

"At Bolon, we believe eyewear is one of the most personal forms of self-expression. Through #BOLDLIKEYOU, we celebrate confidence, individuality and the freedom to express who you are.

"Focus In Style provided the perfect platform for us to showcase that philosophy while partnering with Kodak Lenses, a brand that shares our commitment to helping consumers experience life with greater confidence," Chng said.

Throughout the weekend, visitors participated in interactive experiences, styling moments, social activities and exclusive promotions, creating a vibrant atmosphere that celebrated creativity, fashion and individuality.

The overwhelming response reinforces a growing consumer appreciation for eyewear that seamlessly combines visual performance with personal style, while demonstrating the power of meaningful collaborations that connect with consumers beyond traditional retail experiences.

The event also shone a light on Kodak Lenses' global Gift of Great Vision programme, an initiative that reflects the brand's belief that clear vision should be accessible to everyone.

Through its partnership with the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, every qualifying purchase helps support vision care initiatives for people in need around the world.

With more than 320,000 beneficiaries reached through the programme to date, Malaysia remains among the leading contributors in the Asia Pacific region, demonstrating how consumers can play a meaningful role in helping others experience the world more clearly.

As eyewear continues to evolve into an extension of identity and lifestyle, Focus In Style marks an exciting step forward for both Kodak Lenses and Bolon Eyewear in creating experiences that allow consumers to see clearly, express boldly and embrace every moment with confidence.
