SANDAKAN: Police have arrested a foreign man in his 20s suspected of being involved in a brawl at a funfair site here two days ago.
District Police Chief ACP Ahsmon Bajah said on Monday that no official report regarding the incident was lodged.
However, police will investigate the case under Section 147 of the Penal Code for rioting.
A video of the altercation at the popular funfair site has also gone viral on social media over the past two days.
