TAWAU: Police here have arrested a foreigner suspected of raping his 12-year-old stepdaughter at a house in an oil palm plantation in Merotai Besar on March 7.
Tawau District Police Chief ACP Jasmin Hussin said the suspect, 32, was arrested around 9.50pm in a raid on the house last Saturday, less than 24 hours after a police report was lodged by the victim’s family.
