
TAWAU: Police arrested a 25-year-old foreigner suspected of being involved in a burglary in Kg Sungai Udin, Tuesday.
Tawau District Police Chief ACP Jasmin Hussin said the man nabbed at 10pm in the village area after a police report was lodged at 4.30pm the same day.
According to him, the police team from Bombalai Police Station, which made the arrests during the crime prevention patrol, also recovered items believed to be stolen.
He said the victim in his police report claimed that his farm house had been broken into through the windows.
