
KUALA LUMPUR – A former minister is expected to be charged at the Sessions Court here tomorrow in connection with a case being investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
According to a press invitation sent by the agency today, the former minister will be charged at 9am.
It is understood that the former minister will face charges under Section 16 of the MACC Act 2009, which relates to the solicitation, receipt, giving, promising or offering of gratification. – BERNAMA
