Freddie Flintoff has given a second-by-second account of his horror Top Gear crash and explained how his cricketing career saved him.

The former England cricketer suffered life-changing injuries when the three-wheel Morgan Super 3 car he was driving crashed and flipped on the track at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome in Surrey, back in December 2022.

“I looked at the ground and knew if I got hit on temple I was dead.”
