KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) is poised for victory in the coming 17th Sabah State Election, driven by unity, preparedness and determination among its party machinery.

He said the launch of the GRS election machinery on Sunday marked a crucial platform to strengthen strategy and morale across all levels of the coalition ahead of next month’s polls.

Hajiji, also GRS chairman, reminded party workers not to be complacent but to continue working hard to secure a strong mandate and ensure Sabah remains under a stable and capable government.

He said the coalition’s unity remains intact despite two parties leaving the alliance, describing GRS as a true reflection of Sabah’s local cooperation built on sincerity and friendship for the State’s future.

Hajiji urged members to master social media to counter false narratives and deliver accurate information, stressing that victory will depend on how effectively GRS controls the online space and sustains public trust.
