Award-winning actress and television host Anne Curtis has joined Uniqlo Philippines as its newest local celebrity partner, bringing her signature style and versatility to the Japanese retailer new collection.
Curtis was introduced as the brand’s newest celebrity partner during the launch of Uniqlo’s Fall/Winter collection, which draws inspiration from “Modern City Living” and focuses on versatile, functional pieces designed for everyday wear.
Curtis showcased two looks from the new collection, highlighting how the pieces can be styled for different occasions.
For her featured look, she wore a fleece full-zip jacket over a ribbed cardigan paired with baggy barrel leg jeans. She also modeled a more casual ensemble featuring a zip-up short jacket, JW Anderson boxy Oxford shirt, ribbed Henley and barrel leg jeans. She appreciated that the collection worked with pieces she already owns.
“I love that it’s timeless, it’s chic, it’s comfortable, and I love that it’s so versatile that I can pair these pieces with what I already have in my closet,” she said.
The actress also pointed to the practicality of the pieces, describing them as staples that can be adapted to suit individual personalities and styles.
“That’s what’s great about Uniqlo. It’s staple pieces that you can have in your closet and you can style it any way that makes it you,” Curtis said.
The 2026 Fall/Winter collection features reworked everyday essentials, including Baggy barrel leg jeans, EZY wide straight jeans, culottes, Harrington jackets, denim trucker jackets and coveralls. The collection also includes fleece, sport utility wear, knits, loungewear and innerwear.
While designed around the colder Fall/Winter season, several pieces are suited to the Philippine lifestyle, particularly lightweight layering options and everyday essentials that can transition between settings.
Uniqlo Philippines’ roster of local celebrity partners also includes Alexa Ilacad, Anthony Constantino, Emilio Daez, Kianna Dy, Matteo Guidicelli and Solenn Heussaff, each presenting different ways to wear the season’s LifeWear pieces.
Beyond the collection, Uniqlo Philippines is also highlighting the local implementation of its Peace for All initiative, in partnership with Plan International Pilipinas, to support underserved Filipino youth, particularly young women, through skills development, employability and entrepreneurship opportunities.
The brand also recently launched Re.Uniqlo Special Artisan Patches as part of the 70th Friendship Year between the Philippines and Japan. The patches were created in collaboration with local artisans and feature elements inspired by the history, landmarks, seasons and food of both countries.
