Nico Hülkenberg is among many Formula One drivers who will take a keen interest in the football World Cup but the German doesn't want to predict a winner.
"I am a lot but certainly not a football expert. I will just put on the shirt, have a beer, cheer and hope for the best," the Audi driver said ahead of the weekend's Catalunya Grand Prix.
The Barcelona race on Sunday is set to end little over two hours before the German team plays its first match in Houston against Curaçao.
The World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada starts later on Thursday and runs until July 19.
"I will certainly watch, not every match and every minute, but whenever it is possible, and especially when our team plays," Hülkenberg said.
