
RANAU: The Mount Kinabalu Search and Rescue Team (Mosar) had to attend to an injured climber, Saturday.
Ranau Fire and Rescue Station Chief Ridwan Mohd Taib said the incident happened at Km 6.6, Laban Rata Restaurant, at 9.47am.
“A call was received through the station line and eight personnel led by operations commander PBK II (KUP) Kamidin Rasim went to the location.
“Arriving at the scene 600 metres from the Mosar post, we found a 55-year-old female climber faced with a sprained injury on her right ankle.
