Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo is digging in his feels after seeing an offer for him from Liverpool accepted.
Brighton have accepted a British record 111m from the Reds this morning for Caicedo.
But the Ecuador midfielder wants to move to Chelsea and is waiting for them to make a new attempt. The Blues had an 80m bid rejected by Brighton last week.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting: "Caicedo has decided to keep his word and only accept Chelsea as personal terms were agreed since end of May.
"Chelsea, set to bid again in order to get deal done with Brighton."
