Phil Foden has hinted at frustration at Manchester City.
The midfielder has managed just 10 minutes in the Premier League this season.
Foden has just produced two assists for England U21s in a 3-2 win against Turkey.
Afterwards, he said, "You have your opinions and I stand as I am. I simply know that I am ready to play. I try to show this every day in training. Some colleagues tell me that I have to be patient, but obviously I am keen to play and I will fight for it every day.
"It was good if Pep saw the game with Turkey but maybe took a short vacation to go play golf or something.
"I wouldn't blame him for that."
