Jack Draper was just too good for Mattia Bellucci today, especially towards the back end of that game, but the Italian put on more than a good showing for himself.
The Brit was sure to give Bellucci his flowers post-match: "I think Mattia Bellucci came out and played really aggressive from the start. He was coming out with some amazing shots which caught me a little bit off guard. I was serving a couple of double faults which doesn't help because the margins are so small at this level.
"I'm really proud of the way I turned the game on its head when I started to be more aggressive. It was a really tough battle so credit to Mattia because he played incredibly."

Is the death knell calling Cameron Norrie?
It seems so. Medvedev works his way up to 30-0 then drives a volley into the net.
The slight hiccup is no problem though as Norries hooks a return of serve wide.
The Russian comes through deuce to secure his break. He’s three games away from an incredible win.

Lovely from Medvedev.
A slight positional error from Norrie and the ball sits up for Medvedev who smokes it past the Brit to take advantage of a break point.

After that mammoth game, the pressure moves over to Medvedev for his first service game of the fifth set.
It’s a start contrast as the Russian holds serve to love.

Reset and refocus. That’s what Cam Norrie has to do here.
He’s got the first serve of the fifth set and begins well. A forehand to the back corner forces Medvedev to hook one out of play.
The Brit misses out on a drop shot though and flicks his attempted return into the net.
Medvedev turns the screw now. He powers past his opponent to win a break point.
Norrie saves it. He needs to get through this game or else his mental resistance will waver.
He does!
It takes seven rounds of deuce before the Brit holds. Four break points saved in a game lasting over 10 minutes.
Big.

Two sets apiece now. Cam Norrie won the first two, Daniil Medvedec secured the next two.
The momentum is now with the Russian who has zapped all of the good feeling out of his British opponent.
Which way will this one go?

Good from Norrie. The fourth set is gone but he can find some rhythm for the next one.
Norrie has been very poor for a little while now
