Justin Thomas is one of the best and most popular players on the PGA Tour.
Thomas has only won once since May 2022, but his lack of victories has not seen his pulling power diminish.
That is because the 32-year-old is one of the most exciting golfers to watch.
Justin Thomas has posted 15 rounds of 62 or better on the PGA Tour – four more than any other player over the past 40 years.
Thomas’ iron play simply hasn’t been good enough on the PGA Tour this season, and that’s why he has struggled to contend, let alone win.

When he’s hot with his irons and the putter, though, there really is no stopping the 32-year-old from Kentucky.
And now, Thomas has taken to social media to dispel a myth about an ‘unwritten’ rule for PGA Tour pros.
Justin Thomas refutes claims of ‘unwritten’ rule for PGA Tour pros
There has been some chatter on social media over the past day or two that there is an ‘unwritten’ rule for PGA Tour players.
According to producer and golf media personality Chad Mumm, there is an unwritten rule among PGA Tour players that it is bad form to shoot a course record at a course that they are not a member of.
The rumor is that should PGA Tour players be on for a course record when playing a golf course for fun or during practice rounds, they will not finish the 18 holes.

Responding to a golf fan on X who highlighted this ‘unwritten’ rule, Mumm said, “This is true and it’s one of my favorite ‘unwritten’ rules of Tour players.“
However, Justin Thomas has refuted that claim.
Thomas took to his X account and said: “Never heard of that one… promise you won’t find me tanking it anywhere.“
