The Princess of Wales gave Arthur Fery a birthday card as she arrived on day 14 of the 2026 Wimbledon Championships with her children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Kate greeted British semi-finalist Fery, who turned 24 on 12 July, by handing him a birthday card and saying: “This is for you, happy birthday.”
She then introduced the tennis player to George and Charlotte, who both shook his hand.
Moments later, Fery made an unexpected offer, inviting the young royals to join him for a game of tennis.
He could be overheard telling Kate “I hear your children play tennis”, before inviting them to “hit some balls”.
