
PAPAR: WSG Group’s latest project, Kinarut Palm City, which was soft launched over a week ago, has received 18 bookings for its commercial shoplots.
Its Managing Director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen is pleased the new project received very good response with more than half buying two-storey shoplot units.

“With the recent bookings, the project, which will start construction in January, is now left with 40 units of two-storey and 6 units of three-storey shoplots.
“Potential shopbuyers should grab the remaining units as it is expected to be a high yield investment for buyers due to its potential as a new township and close proximity to the State Capital,” she said, after an eye-dotting ceremony for a golden snake and 10 lion heads the company donated to 11 lion dance troupes at Kinarut Show Gallery here on Sunday in conjunction with the coming Chinese New Year celebration.

Susan urged the public to attend the auspicious event and not to miss lucky draws with attractive cash prizes amounting to a total of RM6,500 and variety of goods on Jan 4.
The biggest cash prizes for the lucky draws for visitors are RM1,000 in each of two envelopes, RM500 in each of three envelopes, RM300 in each of 10 envelopes to pull the crowd to come to the event and stay until 8pm.
Visitors need to sign up to participate in the lucky draws that will be held at 8pm after 50 performances of dragons, unicorns and lions dance from noon are completed.
Apart from the cash prizes, visitors also have the chance to win three bicycles, hampers and packs of dry noodles, among others.
