Kota Kinabalu: The runway of Kota Kinabalu International Airport has been temporarily closed, Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) said today.
In a Facebook post, MAHB said the closure was to facilitate rectification works, and that airmen had been issued a note.
It said the runway would reopen once safety inspections and “clearing works” are complete.
“Passengers are advised to check with their respective airlines for the latest flight status and updates,” it said.
