Page Six revealed that Swift has invited the Knicks’ starting lineup to her wedding to Kelce at MSG on Friday. Upon hearing this, Jeremy Sochan tried to secure his attendance by hitting up Josh Hart on X.
“What about me? Josh Hart, can I be your plus 1?”
Sochan didn’t have the kind of role on the Knicks roster this season that would warrant Swift extending him an invitation to what might be the defining pop culture moment of 2026.
Sochan averaged 2.8 points and 2.1 rebounds on the Knicks after signing with the franchise in December 2025, averaging 2.5 points in eight Playoff appearances.
The 23-year-old forward isn’t expected to return to the Knicks and is still currently a free agent.

The superstar couple blocked out a six-day spot in MSG’s public calendar, with the festivities expected to begin on July 2 with the rehearsal dinner at the arena’s Infosys Theater.
The wedding itself is expected to take place on Friday on the MSG floor, as 1,000 guests are expected to attend the event.
Some of the notable attendees from the sports world alongside the Knicks starting five are Travis’ Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid and teammate Patrick Mahomes with his wife Brittany. Travis’ brother Jason will also be in attendance with his wife Kylie.
Given the public profile of Swift, the NYPD is expected to set up extensive barricading to protect the event over the weekend.
It’s a love story, and the Knicks five of Jalen Brunson, OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Hart are expected to be the only major NBA players to attend the wedding.
