Kota Kinabalu: The findings of a feasibility study on the relocation of the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIP) to Kimanis will be submitted to the State Economic Planning Unit (Upen) this Thursday.

Qhazanah Sabah Bhd Chairman Datuk Dr Yusof Yacob said Upen will then present it to the State Cabinet for approval.

Qhazanah had previously inked a Memorandum of Understanding with Berjaya Land for the purpose of relocating the airport from here to Kimanis, about 60km away.
