KUNAK: Two men riding separate motorcycles were injured in an accident at Jalan Getah-Panggi near Kg Getah on Tuesday night.
They were found lying in a roadside drain by passersby, while their motorcycles were badly damaged.
According to witnesses, the crash occurred when a lorry was turning at a junction in a poorly lit area.
The motorcyclists, riding side by side, were unable to avoid the vehicle and rammed into it.
Both victims were taken to hospital with the help of the public.
Acting District Police Chief ASP Reduan Rahman said police have yet to receive a report on the incident.
