LAHAD DATU: A wooden house in Kampung Air, Jalan Segama, was completely destroyed in a fire on Tuesday evening but no injuries were reported.
Seventeen firefighters from Lahad Datu station arrived at the scene at 7.21pm and brought the blaze under control within 17 minutes.
The team used both river water and the fire engine supply to douse the flames before ending the operation at 9pm after confirming the area was safe.
