LaLiga president Javier Tebas denies he has a "phobia" about Barcelona.
Barca president Joan Laporta leveled the accusation at Tebas last week.
Tebas responded, stating: "I don't have a mania for Barcelona and he knows it.
"There are rules that must be met. Laporta cannot find a single employee of the League to which I have told that I do not like Barcelona."
On the Negreira case, Tebas also said, "All Spanish and world football needs clarification. The damage is irreparable and we must seek responsibility and clarification."
