
Lando Norris reunited with former McLaren teammate Daniel Ricciardo during Indianapolis 500 celebrations after enduring a difficult Canadian Grand Prix weekend.
The McLaren Formula 1 driver made an appearance at the post-race festivities following the dramatic Indy 500, where Felix Rosenqvist secured victory in the closest finish in race history.
Norris’ appearance also led to a popular reunion with Ricciardo, whose close friendship with the Brit became a fan favourite during their time together at McLaren.

Ricciardo attended the Indianapolis 500 as part of various commercial and paddock appearances linked to Conor Daly and Enchanté branding activations.
Norris later joined the celebrations after completing a frustrating Canadian Grand Prix weekend before travelling to Indianapolis.
The reunion quickly attracted attention online as fans reacted to seeing the former McLaren teammates back together again.
Norris and Ricciardo raced alongside each other at McLaren during the 2021 and 2022 Formula 1 seasons and built one of the sport’s most popular driver friendships during that period.
Even after Ricciardo stepped away from Formula 1 competition, the pair have remained close away from the paddock.
Photographs and videos from the celebrations showed Norris and Ricciardo together following the conclusion of the Indianapolis 500.

The appearance came after Norris endured a challenging Canadian Grand Prix weekend before travelling to Indianapolis.
Despite the disappointment in Formula 1, Norris still joined the Indy 500 celebrations and congratulated race winner Felix Rosenqvist following the Swede’s dramatic victory.
Rosenqvist defeated David Malukas by just 0.0233 seconds in the closest finish in Indianapolis 500 history.
Ricciardo’s presence around the IndyCar paddock also continued to generate speculation and excitement among fans given his popularity across multiple racing series.
Although the Australian has largely stayed away from regular Formula 1 paddock appearances since stepping back from racing, his reunion with Norris quickly became one of the most talked-about moments away from the track after the Indy 500.
