Leeds captain Liam Cooper says the players have enjoyed playing for manager Jesse Marsch.
Cooper has discussed how Marsch felt coming into the squad at a difficult point in the season and how the club suited his tactical style straight away.
"The lads have been brilliant," he said.
"I think Jesse would tell you himself, he came into a really good group, a very fit group and that totally matched with what he's about and the way he likes his team playing football.
"It's obviously gone well so far, hand-in-hand and it's been a good start to the season so far."
