KENINGAU: Tati Lesdianaley Matius and Totu Nereus Melvin Chew were crowned the 2025 Unduk Ngadau and Buvazoi Tavantang Kaamatan champions of Keningau at the district-level competition held at Dataran Keningau on Sunday.
In the Unduk Ngadau pageant, the first and second runners-up positions went to Tati Alvera Tassry and Tati Celine Juin respectively, while fourth and fifth places were awarded to Tati Naerryana Teris and Tati Helviyanna Nasip.
For the Buvazoi Tavantang competition, Totu Alfon Ted Anthony and Totu Alphonsus Marcellinus claimed the first and second runner-up titles, with Totu Ardy Ardiano Martin and Totu Danish Muzaffar Haronsha placing fourth and fifth respectively.

Meanwhile, Keningau District Officer Peter Jonu Moinjil, who also chairs the 2025 Keningau District Kaamatan Festival Joint Organising Committee, awarded the Buvazoi Tavantang prizes.
