Japneet Singh, a student of non-medical stream at Green Land Convent School, Chandigarh Road, scored 99.6 per cent marks in Class XII examinations, the results for which were declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday. It is among the best recorded scorecards across the district.
Among other achievers from chain of Green Land Schools, Vedant from the medical stream scored 98.4 per cent. Shivansh Verma from the non-medical stream got 97.6 per cent.
Chain of Green Land Schools chairperson Rajesh Rudhra and president Shabad Rudhra congratulated the achievers. “Our students have once again set benchmarks of academic brilliance. Their discipline, perseverance, and hard work reflect the strong foundation laid at chain of Green Land Schools,” they said.
