PENAMPANG: A motorcycle and 10 complimentary hotel stays are among 50 lucky-draw prizes on offer at the Majaps Charity Run 2026, scheduled to take place at ITCC Shopping Complex on Dec 6.
Organised by the Council of the Justices of the Peace, Sabah (Majaps), the 7km evening run will flag off at 5pm and is expected to draw approximately 2,000 participants and supporters.
Endorsed during the council's Annual General Meeting chaired by Majaps president Datuk Seri Clarence Bongkos Malakun, the event will see Head of State Tun Musa Aman invited as guest of honour to flag off the race.
Participants will start and finish at the ITCC car park, traversing a route towards the Siga Roundabout in Donggongon and passing through Jalan Kampung Hungab–Nosoob and Kampung Kobusak.
Managed by Sabah and Labuan Extreme Sports Enthusiasts Club, the charity event coincides with the 35th anniversary of the council's registration.
