Kota Kinabalu: A 60-year-old man was charged with two counts of committing physical sexual harassment against his two nieces.
However, the jobless man pleaded not guilty before Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus to the charges against him.
On the first count, he is accused of committing the offence against a 12-year-old girl by touching her thigh at 2am on Oct 25, 2021 at a house in Kota Belud.
On the second count, the man allegedly committed the same offence against a 13-year-old girl at the same place and time.

The court set Aug 30 for pre-trial case management and released the man on a bail of RM10,000 with RM5,000 deposited in two local sureties for each charge.
He was also ordered to report to Kota Belud police station twice a month and warned not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses, especially the alleged victims.
Earlier, the man had admitted to the charges but informed the court that he only pulled the legs of the girls and that his plea was not accepted.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Suriyati Jumain appeared for the prosecution while the man was not represented.
