Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has sung the praises of defender Manuel Akanji.
The Swiss has impressed when called on by Guardiola since his arrival from Borussia Dortmund.
Guardiola said: "He's very good, we're very happy with him.
"Especially as a person. He's incredibly educated. His performance on the pitch also speaks for itself."
Akanji switched from Borussia Dortmund to City in the summer for €17.5m. So far he has played 90 minutes in two Premier League and two Champions League games.
