Manchester City are looking to raid River Plate for yet another starlet in the coming weeks.
The Citizens secured forward Julian Alvarez for 14 million from River over two years ago.
Now they are chasing another youngster in the form of midfielder Claudio Echeverri.
The starlet captained Argentina at the Under-17 World Cup last month and has made his professional debut for River.
Per the Manchester Evening News, City believe Echeverri is ready for a big move.
While he is only 17, the club believe his quality is such that he can quickly adapt to the Premier League.
