Manchester United have expressed interest in PSV Eindhoven midfielder Xavi Simons.
The Holland international is considering his future in Eindhoven after a superb 18 months with PSV.
A return to former club PSG has been mooted for Simons, where they hold a 6m buyback clause.
However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting United are also in the frame and have registered their interest.
Last season with PSV, Simons scored 22 goals and provided 12 assists.
